About Me

Hello there! I am so glad you are here and I want to encourage you on your journey of creative growth. My creative journey started when I was a young child, as I loved drawing my own stories and wanted to share my artistic vision with others. As I grew older and refined my painting and illustration skills, I also became increasingly driven to cultivate a positive change by advocating for mental health needs. This led to me eventually pursing the Pre-Art Therapy specialization at Xavier University, where I earned a full-tuition arts scholarship and later received a Bachelors in Studio Arts and Minor of Psychology.
After graduation, I worked in the mental health field for five years providing direct services to youth, adults, and families. While I created and implemented some therapeutic art interventions in this role, as time went on, I realized that something was missing. I wanted more of an opportunity to create my own artwork and inspire people outside of my direct contact. Providing therapeutic services within clients’ homes made me further appreciate the priceless gift of having stability and thus, motivated me to want to create custom watercolor house portraits. From there, I expanded with creating custom pet portraits and designing other projects to promote emotional wellness. This led me to where I am today— running my own business and programming a variety of art classes through a local community center!

Now that you know about me, I want to hear more from you. Check out my portfolio, purchase custom watercolor art, or sign up for my classes!
